I was fortunate enough to meet Jonnalyn yesterday, a competitive swimmer in Cavite born without limbs. What’s your excuse? I usually hear people say, I can’t exercise because I’m too busy, I’m scared, I’m Tired, I have body pains, and the list goes on. I just say “ok sure” because those are the non-sense we say to ourselves so we can avoid something that is far from our comfort zone. Thanks for the inspiring episode @sportsutv 💪🏼💪🏼

We can sense that Enchong was really inspired by the story and the victory of Jonnalyn Hernando, who despite of her situation, she continue to become a swimmer; gold medalist of Palarong Pambansa. Speaking as a true athlete, Enchong's power of words to backup the experience of meeting a swimming champion who is doing everything to reach her dreams, had not only inspire him and us all but moreso raise awareness so that pwd can finally reach the support they need.
